What is the requirement?

This membership service will not be applicable for existing OpenCart Installation. Please contact support for clarifications in case you already have OpenCart Installed. How about support for other developer extensions?
Support is included only for the installed extensions by our team. If you have installed additional extensions from other 3rd party developers, you may need to contact the respective developers for support. You will keep us in the email loops if you have selected the business membership package. If you want us to take care of everything related to other extensions, you will be billed additionally for the service.

I have installed additional modules but it is conflicting with the existing applications. Do you fix this conflicts?
Yes, we will help you fix conflicts. But if the conflicts are more complicated you may need to pay additional charges for the service.

Can I disable the extensions that I do not require?
Yes, you can. For business membership package, let us know which extensions. We will disable those extensions.

Will I have access to download all the huntbee modules?
No, this is a membership package. All the installation will be done by our team. You have access to all the files in your server as a complete package. Any new updates to the extensions or new extensions will be informed you by the email and we will update or install the extensions on your website with your permission.

I do not want to use the default template or the Journal template. Can I use some other template?
Yes, you can install other templates. However, you will need to pay additionally for any support related to extension-template conflicts.

I changed my mind after paying for the membership? Can I get refund?
No, refund will not be provided in such cases. Always clear all your questions before making the payment. Once payment is done, refund is not possible.
